1. Call to Order: President Phil Huntley called the meeting to order at 2:20 PM.  Present were: Phil Huntley, Tom Foote, Rose Foote, Larry Gaskell, and Phil Barker. BOD members absent were Donna Proudfoot and George Johnson.

2. Secretary’s Report: Donna Proudfoot prepared and submitted the minutes of the August 28,  2004 meeting. The minutes were read and Phil Barker made a motion to accept the minutes with an amendment to correct the spelling in Section 4, change Divinell Fund to Dwinell Fund. This motion was seconded Larry Gaskell and passed.

3. Treasurer’s report: No Treasurer’s report as it was just accepted at the Annual Membership Meeting this same date.

4. Election of Officers: Phil Barker made a motion to elect officers for FY 2005 as follows:
  President:  Tom Foote
  Vice President  Donna Proudfoot
  Secretary/Treasurer Philip Huntley
Larry Gaskell 2nd the motion and motion passed.

5. Adjournment: Tom Foote made a motion to adjourn 2nd by Larry Gaskell at 2:25 PM.
