1. Call to Order: President Phil Huntley called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.  Present were: Phil Huntley, Tom Foote, Rose Foote, Larry Gaskell, and Donna
Proudfoot. BOD members absent were Mike & Sherry Morrison and George Johnson.  Guests  present: Sue Tirrell (park manager), and members Gladys & Becky Foote.

2.  Secretary’s Report: Phil Huntley prepared and submitted the minutes of the June 26,  2004 meeting. A quorum was not present at this meeting. The minutes were read and Phil Barker made a motion to accept that was seconded by Larry Gaskell and passed.

3. Treasurer’s report: No Treasurer’s report.

4. Committee Reports:

Programs: Smokey Bear and the Loon Preservation programs were a great hit. Other planned programs were cancelled. Sue advised the BOD that there were no State monies available for advertising events.

Adopt a Highway: June pick up by Phil Huntley and Tom Foote collected 4 bags.
August pick up by Phil Huntley, Donna Proudfoot, Jim Fowler, and Tom Foote collected 5 bags.

Website: JC Ferguson is still hosting and updating.

Work Day: Metalbestos chimney soon to be installed in  manager’s cabin.
 
ADA Trail: Phil Barker, Phil Huntley, and Tom Foote to file grant applications to: Trails Bureau, PSNH, Divinell Fund.

5. Old business: None

6. New Business: A nominating committee for BOD members for the Annual Meeting was appointed. Members are Tom Foote and Phil Barker.  Fun Weekend will be Sept. 18 & 19. Activities to be coordinated by Sherry Morrison and Becky Foote.   Phil Huntley then stepped down and Tom Foote presided while Phil was recognized and proposed an amendment to the by-laws to be voted on by the membership at the Annual Meeting. Phil then again presided.

8. Adjournment: Tom Foote made a motion to adjourn 2nd by Larry Gaskell at 1:55 PM.
