The following meetings are scheduled to occur at the Park starting at 9:00AM for work detail, 12:00 pot-luck lunch, followed by 1:00PM Board of Directors meeting.  Please bring a pot to pass and a place setting for lunch:

Fun day is scheduled for 9/26/2009 at the Park starting at 1PM with the Annual Membership meeting and a 4:00PM Bar-B-Que.  A brief Board of Directors meeting will occur after this annual meeting for the purpose of electing officers.

Lastly, the Christmas party is scheduled for 12/12/2009 at Phil Barker's house.  5:00PM pot-luck with a Yankee Swap to follow.  If you have an instrument and can play it, please bring it along!
